1) Can you introduce yourself in a few sentences?
Hello, I’m Burak. I’ve been working as a Digital Product Manager at Vivoo. Before Vivoo, I worked for different companies in similar roles. Outside of work, I am interested in CrossFit and tennis. I am quite talkative and as an extrovert, I’ve learned that the skill of asking the right questions is the only way to learn something new.
2) What do you do at Vivoo, and how long have you been with the company? What do you like about Vivoo?
I’ve been at Vivoo for 8 months now. What I like best about Vivoo is that the company really brings out the best in its people. Because the teams decide on deliverables, we have the autonomy to lead with our own goals. This independence, I believe, boosts your motivation, confidence, and creativity.
3) Can you describe your daily routine?
My daily routine starts with drinking water right after I wake up. I do abs exercise 3 times a week before breakfast. In the afternoon I prefer to walk for an hour. I do have the habit of going to the gym and playing tennis weekly. As a way of coping with the stress of the day, I like to read for an hour before I fall asleep.
4) What is your favorite wellness routine that you are obsessed with these days?
I do CrossFit 3 times a week and play tennis twice a week. Staying hydrated is important to me, so I pay attention to how much water I drink daily. For overall good health, I avoid secondhand smoke and prefer smoke-free environments when I’m out and about.
5) What is one tip you would give to someone who wants to start leading a healthier lifestyle?
It’s quite easy to let this fast-paced life make you neglect your health and wellness. However, if you drown out the noise around you, that silence will let you be in tune with yourself. The more you listen to your body, the more you discover new areas to explore that can help you focus on your mental and physical well-being. That’s the number one thing to do for a better you.
6) What is your favorite thing about Vivoo as a product?
Definitely the convenience. There’s no doubt that it’s never been easier to get data on 9 parameters in 90 seconds. It’s super easy to access this much data from the comfort of your home.
7) How regularly do you test with Vivoo?
I test every week at around the same time. I sometimes forget, but thankfully, I get a push notification from the App to remind me on test days!
8) How do you generally score on your Vivoo test? What is your top score to date?
My high score was 8.6. Nowadays, I’m getting around 8.0 – 8.2 scores. I’ve challenged myself to go for a higher score!
9) We know that you love all the wellness parameters on the Vivoo test. :) But which one is your favorite and why?
Water and vitamin C are my absolute favorites! For as long as I can remember, I haven’t taken enough vitamin C and water. That’s why Vivoo plays an important role here for me to understand my low scoring parameters and take steps to improve them.
10) What is your biggest motivation that keeps you testing?
As long as Vivoo is with me on my journey, I feel confident and motivated to achieve my wellness goals. The App is more than just 9 parameters; you can take advantage of wearable data, get personalized advice and read informative content from our blogs. All these benefits make a difference for me and keep me motivated to continue on my Vivoo journey.
