This month on Vivoo Wellness Talks, we have one of our beloved Vivooers, Tabea from Germany! She is a certified yoga instructor, model, and digital creator who loves to keep tabs on her wellness with Vivoo!
Tabea works out regularly and loves how Vivoo has helped her gain more insight to her body’s voice and understand what is going on inside!

1. Tell us about yourself and what you do in a few words.
Hello! I am Tabea, a digital creator, model, and certified yoga instructor! I currently live in Düsseldorf, Germany. I’m a vegan and a wellness enthusiast!
2. How do you feel about your current state of wellness?
I would say it’s great! I hit the gym regularly, and exercise is very important to me – it makes me feel alive! Even on the days that I want to skip going to the gym, I power through. Even if I have a hangover, I still try to not miss it. I think working out is the best hangover cure!
I also love to do yoga, and recently got my instructor certificate when I traveled to Thailand!
3. What does a typical day look like for you when it comes to investing in your wellness?
On a typical day, I will wake up early and hit the gym. Sometime I get massages after working out – it really is the best! I also try to do yoga in the afternoon and some breathing exercises to balance my body. Yoga is so much more than physical exercise for me, it’s a way of life. It doesn’t judge – it is pure consciousness and it teaches you to let go of expectations and just accept!
Good nutrition is key too. I’m a vegan and love to try out new tasty recipes and explore new vegan-friendly restaurants in my neighborhood.
4. How did you come across Vivoo?
I saw it on a Facebook advertisement and immediately wanted to try it! I also ended up doing a review video for them on social media!
5. How has your Vivoo experience been & how has it contributed to your overall wellness?
I love Vivoo because it was so interesting to learn about my body in such an easy and convenient way in my own bathroom. It has helped me track important data on my hydration and magnesium, which is key for someone like me who works out regularly.
6. What is your favorite thing about the Vivoo App?
It is very easy to use – both the app and the process of peeing on a strip :) It is also very convenient, with results in just 90 seconds all from the comfort of my bathroom!
7. What encourages you to continue on your Vivoo journey?
I want to improve my wellness score, so I guess this is my biggest motivation! I try to follow the advice so that I get a better score the next time I take a test! Also, using the test makes me feel fit and like I am doing something good for me and my body.
8. Would you recommend Vivoo? What’s your biggest advice for your friends who are looking to start a better lifestyle?
Yes, I’d definitely recommend it! Learning to listen to your body’s voice really is key! Especially if you are into exercising and healthy eating, it is a great gadget to integrate into your life to get real-time data!
