In honor of International Women's Day, we'd like to invite you to join us in our mission to empower women to take charge of their wellness! We've interviewed Karin, our affiliate, and here’s what she had to say:
1. Tell us about yourself and what you do in a few words.
53-year-old 4X cancer survivor.
2. How do you support your wellness?
I exercise 3-6 times per week.
3. How has your Vivoo experience been & how has it contributed to your overall wellness?
I am a big fan of Vivoo, it helps me keep checking my wellness and lets me know things I need to work on to improve my health.
4. What is one tip you would give to someone who wants to start leading a healthier lifestyle?
Today is the first day of improving your health. Start small with achievable goals and take one day at a time. Write down your goals and schedule a 1/2 hr each day to work on them.
5. What's the most valuable advice you can pass on to others, trying to establish their careers or anyone striving to achieve gender equality?
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't or are not capable of doing something.
6. Why do you think it is important to celebrate International Women’s Day?
Women are a force to be reckoned with and are stronger and smarter than they are given credit for.
